1. Are the candles made-to-order or in stock?
All our candles are entirely handmade. Some are available for pre-order or customization.
For non-custom/pre-order items, production takes approximately 7–10 working days.
For custom/pre-order items, please allow around 14 working days.
2. Do you accept rush orders?
Each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and time to ensure its quality. If you have an urgent request or need delivery on a specific date, we kindly ask you to contact us before placing your order.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayMe, FPS (Faster Payment System), and bank transfer.
Please follow the instructions after checkout and provide proof of payment.
4. Can I return or get a refund?
As our products are for personal use and handcrafted, we do not offer returns or refunds.

Each package includes a usage guide and disclaimer. We are not liable for issues caused by improper use.
5. What should I be aware of when using the candles?
Please carefully read the usage guide included in your package.
It covers important details such as burn time, placement, and safety distance.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
6. Can I customize the scent?
For bulk orders, we offer limited scent customization.
Feel free to contact us via Instagram or email to learn more about available formulas and arrangements.
7. What should I do if I receive a wrong or damaged item?
If your item is clearly damaged or incorrect (e.g. broken, wrong style), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the item (including packaging and defect)
- Proof of payment (if applicable)
We will arrange a replacement, reshipment, or refund depending on the situation.
Requests submitted after the deadline or with incomplete information will not be accepted.
Please note: We are not liable for damage caused by improper use. Refer to the usage guide and disclaimer included in your package.
8. What delivery options are available?
We currently offer SF Express for all deliveries.
- Free local shipping for orders over HKD$800
- For orders under HKD$800, shipping fees are based on package weight:

9. Do you deliver to remote areas in Hong Kong?
We use SF Express, which covers most areas in Hong Kong, including some remote regions.
However, additional fees or delays may apply depending on the location.
If you're located in a remote area, we recommend contacting us via Instagram or email before placing your order to confirm delivery arrangements and fees.
10. Can I modify my order?
As our candles are fully handmade, once an order is confirmed, it immediately enters the production process.
Our team begins processing orders right away, so no changes (including scent, quantity, or recipient details) can be made.
